The musicians of the Teatro Olimpico’s Orchestra at the Castle of Thiene in the formation of a small orchestra
From 20 June to 5 September 2018, the Castle will host the first edition of NOTTURNI AL CASTELLO which re-proposes the summer event that has been successfully presented in Vicenza in the courtyard of Palazzo Barbarano.
At the center of the scene there will be the masters of the OTO - Teatro Olimpico’s Orchestra, an "under 30" formation that brings together the best musicians graduated in recent years by the Italians Conservatories. During the winter season the orchestra, under the main direction of Alexander Lonquich, is the protagonist of a symphonic season of 7 concerts at the Teatro Comunale di Vicenza.
In this summer festival, the Teatro Olimpico’s Orchestra presents itself as a small orchestra of only strings, woodwinds and percussions directed by three master trainers: Filippo Lama, Davide Sanson and Saverio Tasca.

On the evening of the shows, the Castle ticket office (Corso Garibaldi 2, Thiene VI) is open from 8.00 pm
In case of bad weather the concerts will be held equally.
Reservations are recommended. Admission to concerts is permitted until all seats are available.
