Whole grain bread with candied tomatoes, burrata and walnuts
Giant grissini with artisan smoked cooked ham

Creamy risotto asparagus, edible flowers and mullet bottarga
Pork fillet in bread crust, celeriac pie and iced salad
Dessert: bavarian asparagus with white chocolate, strawberries and blueberries

🍷 The wines illustrated by the Sommelier of the Maculan Winery
✔Three Visi Spumante Brut. On the nose: bread crust, ripe fruit with hints of peach, a memory of fresh yogurt. In the mouth: dry but with good softness balanced with a citrus freshness. Persistent, pleasant, pleasant with a long finish.
✔Vespaiolo. On the nose: intense ripe and tropical fruit, typical hints of Sauvignon. In the mouth: dry and full, good freshness due to acidity, pleasant aromatic persistence.
✔Pinot Noir. On the nose: fine and elegant bouquet with slightly spicy notes. On the palate: it is balanced, dry and with good structure, with delicate and subtle aromas of small red fruits.
✔Dindarello. On the nose an extraordinarily intense bouquet with hints typical of the variety and of honey and flowers; in the mouth: sweet and fresh, balanced and full, with a long and pleasant persistence.
